Magical realism – James is a teenager with unlimited talent and ability. He becomes famous overnight as an Olympian, NBA star, and startup founder. He makes waves when he announces a company that will end the world’s dependence on fossil fuels. He then meets his handler from The Agency. Samantha is rising through the ranks and receives her first field assignment to keep James in line. She knows it will only be a five year assignment since all of these Specials die by 20. She must choose whether to help James when she realizes that everything she’s known about The Agency is a lie. It’s a story of friendship and pushing past your limits.
